On the programme:
5.30 pm – 6.00 pm: Circuit Training
6.00 pm – 6.30 pm: Boxing
6.30 pm – 7.00 pm: Cross Training
And because Halloween is also a time to celebrate over a drink 👻
For the pre-party drinks, everyone should bring a little something to share!
Costumes are compulsory — so go all out with yours
