Forum – 2026–2027 Season | ‘Harold the Game’ by Bob Théâtre and Vélo Théâtre

Have you always dreamt of learning everything there is to know about the Bayeux Tapestry? Well, you’re in luck! Le Vélo Théâtre and Le Bob Théâtre, on their travelling television set, are bringing together the leading experts on this magnificent piece of propaganda. They’ll talk to us about ‘the tapestry as an artefact’ and explore the story woven in white thread that it tells us: William the Conqueror’s conquest of the Kingdom of England in 1066. They’ll attempt to broaden the discussion to cover the international relations that have existed between France and England ever since.
A dubious French presenter will ensure the rules of this rigged game are followed… The English had better watch out! Choose your side…
