Ensemble nous sommes Monet 2026

Over the past ten years, the project has collected more than one million small squares of wool and engages more than 10,000 participants each year. Launched in 2016, “Together We Are Monet” brings together 12 giant knitted paintings inspired by Claude Monet.

Led by the association Citèmes, known for “Tricote un sourire,” the project offers monumental interpretations of the painter’s works in knit.

In 2026, a new challenge was launched: to create 10 new paintings in one year to mark the centennial of his death.
