This tour is open to visitors ages 14 and up.
Please note: Be sure to read the following information carefully before booking:
– To participate in the tour of this industrial site, you must be in good physical condition due to the presence of numerous steps, be able to tolerate extreme temperature fluctuations(intense heat and cold), and to remain standing for the duration of the tour.
– Please wear appropriate clothing for the tour, as well as walking shoes or sneakers.
– Safety equipment, which will be provided on site, must be worn at all times.
– You must present a valid ID upon arrival 15 minutes before the tour begins.
No tickets may be exchanged or refunded, except in cases of force majeure that would result in a cancellation by the tourist office.
