Ben, twelve years old, loves to cook and eat. It’s the start of the school year, and he realizes that his classmates have changed—the boys have gotten taller, while he’s stayed chubby. Even worse, the girls have become pretty—especially Claire. How can he win her over when the others are making fun of him? Despite his love of food, Ben starts a diet. But nothing goes as planned, and this year will be an opportunity for him to grow up and understand that what matters isn’t how you look, but how you feel…
This animated film is adapted from the novel of the same name by Mikaël Ollivier (published by Thierry Magnier).
