As part of the HAUGR association's activities at the Maison Forestière des Hogues, come and learn with Michel how to make your own sourdough bread. It's an opportunity to share a delicious moment in a great atmosphere.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with your own sourdough, baguette and dough (shaped by hand).
All the information and supplies you’ll need will be provided when you register.
