AlimenTerre Festival

Our association, Bioseulles, based in Courseulles-sur-Mer, will be taking part in the AlimenTerre 2026 Festival, themed “Our future lies on our plates”, on Saturday 28 November from 3.00 pm at the Salle Quiquemelle.
The programme for our afternoon will be as follows:
– screening of the film “Ebullition” (making use of local resources, working with restaurant owners, respect and dignity within the workforce, helping to change the food system on a human scale: “a change that’s starting to bubble”)
– a discussion with the audience and talks with the speakers (Le Sextant, Les Légumes sur Laure, La Maison Bleue restaurant)
– exhibitions on food, stands showcasing local producers and restaurateurs, a quiz on “environmental labels”, and the event will conclude with a tasting session featuring soups and verrines made with organic and local produce
