The Valleuse de Vaucottes, which can be reached by taking a picturesque route from Vattetot-sur-Mer through the Hogues woods or along the coast from Yport, offers a magnificent breathtaking view over the cliffs. The charming path whichleads to the sea runs between two cliff sides on which stand small manor houses and amazing luxurious villas. One of these villas, the Villa Marie- Louise, was the home of Maurice Leblanc, author of the famous adventures of Arsène Lupin.
