The Clermont Chapel

At the end of a footpath lined with centuries-old beech trees, in the heart of the Augeronne countryside, stands the Chapel of Clermont, a building whose construction began in the 12th century. The small church, with its 17th-century ambience, overlooks a superb panorama stretching from the Dives valley to the hills of Mont Pinçon. Upon entering the building, you’ll discover an 11th-century stone altar and listed furnishings.
Discover this charming spot by following the walking trail from the village of Beuvron-en-Auge, available from the tourist information office.
