At the heart of aging cellars of Calvados (50 barrels), I summarize the history of Calvados and more particularly the origin of the Domfrontais derived from the Apple and the Pear. I trace the steps from picking fruits until distillation. I mention the art dealer and breeder, the various outlets of local products and the creation of trademarks with Calvados. We end the visit by tasting the homemade namely Pom-Cherry and Calvados bagnolèse more or less old.
