Welcome to the Domaine BOISSEL Père & Fils, where Christophe and Mireille are delighted to introduce you to their cider farm.
Located in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, just twenty kilometres from Deauville and Honfleur, the farm has been passed on from father to son, over five generations.
We only process apples from our own harvest, grown on our 15 hectares of orchards.
The quality of our produce is obtained thanks to a blend of several apple varieties. We use a total of fifty different apples.
