Organic Cru de Cambremer cider farm on the Cider Route. The Ferme de la Vallée au Tanneur produces cider, calvados, pommeau, perry, cider vinegar and apple juice.

The farm also produces milk to make Pays d’Auge non-pasteurised cheeses.
