Continuing the family farming tradition, Simon Lemarie has been developing since 2015 a production of ciders and spirits made with the apples of his orchards.
The farm is entirely managed in Organic Agriculture and is composed of 4 Hectares of thirty year old trees and 8 Hectares of trees planted since 2015, that is to say a total of 5000 trees!
The apples used to make the ciders are all old and local varieties.
The flagship product of the range is the Cidricchus Original, a cider with a balance between brut and demi-sec.
