Calvados Pierre Huet
Located in Normandy on the Cider Route, in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, the family-run Pierre Huet estate produces and sells Calvados, Pommeau de Normandie, cider, perry, cider vinegar, perry vinegar and apple juice.
The estate’s 30 hectares of orchards, comprising both standard and dwarf apple trees, are home to more than 25 varieties of cider apples.
Thanks to a terroir naturally suited to apple cultivation, the Pierre Huet Estate produces and markets four of the six Normandy cider Appellations d’Origine Contrôlées (AOCs) worldwide, in accordance with very strict criteria:

Whether in a group or on your own, we welcome you all year round for a guided tour of the estate, during which we’ll reveal the secrets behind the slow transformation of apples into Calvados.

The wood-fired press and stills will amaze you, but it is in the cellars, home to century-old casks, that you will be enveloped by subtle, delightful aromas…
