Biscuiterie Jeannette
Biscuiterie Jeannette, founded in 1850, is the oldest biscuit factory in Normandy. Specialising in the production of madeleines since 1930, it perpetuates traditional know-how and shares a rich history, closely linked to that of the region.
Today, it offers top-of-the-range madeleines made with local ingredients: Isigny PDO butter, fresh free-range eggs and flour from the Manche region. Since 2020, it has been expanding its range to include cakes and financiers.
The Biscuiterie Jeannette opens its doors to you for a guided tour (booking required), giving you the chance to go behind the scenes of the company and leave with its emblematic specialities at factory prices.
