Atelier Véronique Chambeau

* An artistic approach dedicated to creation, connection and sharing
As an artist and designer, I transform papier-mâché and recycled materials into unique pieces, playing with shapes, textures, colours and combinations.
In my studio, I create distinctive objects and pieces, as well as bespoke and commissioned works, designed for a specific person, place, desire or project.
My approach is based on a simple principle: looking at our surroundings in a different way. Giving new life to discarded materials, combining disparate elements and, through these transformations, bringing forth something new, harmonious and evocative.
It’s a way of making something beautiful out of something ugly, but also of creating meaning and connection from what already exists.
* Creating and passing on: through my practice, I have developed my own expertise in papier-mâché, upcycling and recycled materials.
Sharing my skills has gradually become a natural extension of my artistic approach. I enjoy sharing techniques, supporting everyone in their creativity and enabling everyone to experiment, imagine and create in their own way.
I therefore offer papier-mâché and upcycling workshops for children, teenagers, adults, families and groups, as well as projects tailored to schools, charities, businesses, local authorities, care homes and medical-social organisations.
Whether a one-off workshop or a project spanning several sessions, an individual creation or a collaborative piece: each proposal is tailored to the audience, the venue, the participants’ interests and the objectives.
