Andouille Asselot
Maison Asselot sells ‘La véritable andouille de Vire’ and a range of regional products from Normandy in its shop. Our company has specialised in making Vire andouille according to the traditional recipe since 1981, and we also sell our products at the markets in Vire, Saint-Lô and Caen. Guided tours of the production process are available on request (max. 50 people).
