The residence has 59 studios and flats, all air-conditioned and fitted out to offer you comfort and independence. The accommodation features high-quality bedding, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and, in some cases, a balcony or terrace.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you’ll have access to a reception, free Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, as well as a range of facilities designed for your comfort.
Swimming pool information
As part of our facilities upgrade, the swimming pool will be temporarily closed from 4 January to 4 February 2027 inclusive.
Access to the wellness area remains subject to the conditions set out by the establishment.
