Ten kilometres from Dieppe and 5 minutes away from Varengeville, the “Villa Chante-Brise”, set within 600 sq m, overlooks the beaches of Quiberville and Sainte Marguerite sur Mer: a unique and exceptional panoramic view of the sea, the cliffs and the beauty of the Norman skies as far as St Valéry en Caux. You will be able to reach the beach within 10 minutes' walk and buy freshly-caught fish in Quiberville (20 minutes' walk / 5 minutes by car), farm produce on the market on Saturday morning and in local food shops.
This warm holiday cottage (160 sq m) with a coastal interior design can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (including children) all year round. Clean and well-behaved pets are welcome: 1 pet per rental, up to 25kg.
Ideally located between Etretat and Le Tréport, Chante-Brise will be the ideal base to explore the pretty and typical villages of the Alabaster Coast: Le Tréport, Mers les Bains, Dieppe, Pourville, Varengeville, Ste Marguerite sur Mer, St Aubin, Sotteville, Veules les Roses, St Valéry en Caux, Yport, Veulettes, Fécamp, Etretat, etc. The GR21 hiking trail (voted the favourite hiking trail of the French in 2019) passes by the house.
