We are set on a small farm in Crasville La Rocquefort: next to Fontaine Le Dun, 7 km away from Veules Les Roses, 25 km away from Dieppe.

Farm holiday cottage at La Ferme Du Peroir sleeping 4 to 6 people.

Located in a charming Norman village close to the sea (7 km away from Veules les Roses). The non-smoking holiday cottage is located on a small working farm and adjoins the owner's house. The farmhouse, which is over 200 years old, has been renovated while preserving its character. The rustic interior design, with its exposed beams, is furnished in a modern and comfortable way. The holiday cottage is awarded three stars.
Inside
Ground floor: bright dining/sitting room, large fireplace, sofa seating 5/6 people, with a view of the garden. Fitted equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, gas rings,
extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and tableware.

Closet with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, broom, etc. Bathroom with shower and wash basin,
and toilet.

Upstairs: mezzanine with high quality convertible sofa bed for two.
One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) + private bathroom
(90x90 cm shower, wash basin and toilet). One bedroom with a double bed (160cm) +
private bathroom (90x90 cm shower, wash basin and toilet).

Central heating (daily package €9 added to the rental price), mechanical ventilation in the
bathrooms. Travel cot for a baby and high chair available. Bed linen included in the rental price as well as water and electricity.
