The apartment T1 of 20m2, bright, fully renovated in 2018, tiled floor, offered in the most perfect condition to each rental, is permanently heated at will.
Fitted kitchen (complete kitchenware, in good condition, electric coffee maker, toaster, self-cooker, blender, microwave), television, wifi. Bedroom with double bed, bedside table, closets (wardrobe/shelves) with iron and ironing board. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet
