This large apartment of 82m2 located at 2 steps from the quay of Le Tréport is the ideal place for a breath of fresh air.

The Emilie apartment is located on the 1st floor of the residence of the same name and allows you to benefit from a private parking space in the yard.

This T4 apartment overlooks an enclosed courtyard which makes it very quiet. The apartment has :
A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a fridge / freezer, a microwave, hotplates and a washing machine. It is open on the dining room very luminous with a balcony and from which we see the bell tower of the church.
3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms with beds of 140x200cm and one room with 2 single beds of 90x200cm. Each room has large closets.
A separate bathroom with a bathtub and a basin. The WC is separate from the bathroom. The accommodation also has a shower adjoining a double room (room 3 on the pictures).
In the living room you will find 2 sofas as well as a television and a balcony to dry your laundry.
Quiet but central neighborhood and close to all amenities on foot. You are close to shops, restaurants, the port, the beach and the market as well as the fish market.
You are at 5mn walk from the beach of Le Tréport and at about ten minutes from the beach of Mers-les-bains.
You will be able to walk but also to cycle because a cycle track is along the quay and can allow you to join quickly Mers-les-Bains and Eu where you can continue to discover our beautiful region.
Bed linen is not provided but we offer it for an extra charge per double bed. Towels are not provided.
