This is a flat within a terraced house (therefore not suitable for parties), with a garden, in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Dives-sur-Mer (free on-street parking), close to all shops, supermarkets and a GP’s surgery.
The property is fully equipped for a pleasant stay: a fully fitted kitchen with a proper cooker, small appliances, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV with a DVD player, DVDs available, and plenty of board games and comics for all ages after a day at the beach or out walking. Wi-Fi.
1.5 km from Cabourg beach, accessible via the roads or the towpath along the River Dives, on foot or by bike.
