It’s an old house in the historic heart of Eu. All amenities (supermarkets, delicatessens, butchers, cheese stores, bookstores, bakeries, stationers, etc.) are just a 5-minute walk from the house.
The accommodation comprises a large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas hob and combi oven, and a glass door giving access to a pretty enclosed courtyard of 50 m². There’s a sofa bed (maison du convertible, very comfortable) in the living room, and the toilet is next to the staircase leading up to the second floor, where you’ll find the 2 bedrooms and bathroom (shower).
