Hello,
We are delighted to welcome you to our cosy family home, which we have decorated with great care. It is a single-storey property comprising a main house and a small, simple annexe, available if required.
It is a modern house, very practical for children and people with reduced mobility (no steps).
The highlights of this house near the beach include: the floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of light, the terrace, the cosiness of a lived-in home, and all the amenities to make your stay comfortable
The main house, which was largely renovated in 2019, comprises:
– a fitted kitchen, very practical and with all the comforts you need for day-to-day living
– a dining room with new furniture (tables and seating for 8 people)
– a large living room with exceptional natural light, which gives the room a lot of character. It features very wide floor-to-ceiling windows running the full length of the room, opening onto a terrace and the garden.
– a spacious and charming master suite with an en-suite bathroom (160 bed)
– an internal dormitory-style bedroom for the children
Running the full length of the house: a large terrace with garden furniture and outdoor seating, sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing (south-facing).

and a small annexe comprising a double bedroom (140 bed), a small bedroom/sitting room with a single bed, and a shower room with WC

The property has a large, shaded, tree-lined, private and fenced garden with space to park your car. The garden is sheltered from the wind and completely private.
The house has a barbecue, a table tennis table and a wide range of board games, beach games and children’s games. Books and comics are also available. There is also a basic supply of groceries to get you started.

Bed linen and towels available on request.

Rates: vary considerably depending on the season and the number of nights. Between €230 and €290 per night for up to 9 people. The house is let for a minimum of 2 nights and for a full week in summer.
One-night weekend rate: €410 at the weekend (from Saturday morning or Sunday evening). The exact rental cost can be provided on request.

Access for guests

Ideally situated:
less than 500 metres from a very large and beautiful fine-sand beach and the Marcel Proust promenade, where you can stroll at your leisure. Carrefour supermarket within walking distance,
Thalasso centre 15 minutes’ walk away
Golf course and riding centre 5 minutes from the house
Games room with pool table, bowling, etc., 200 metres away
In the centre of Cabourg, you’ll also find all the facilities and leisure activities for young and old alike: mini-golf, swimming pool, cinema, shopping, casino, bars and restaurants,
Also: very close by and accessible on foot or by bike: beach clubs, tennis courts, numerous walking, cycling or horse-riding trails starting from the house, not to mention the D-Day beaches and the Pays d’Auge, which offer a wealth of gastronomic and tourist discoveries for the more curious.
Bicycle hire is available just round the corner from our street. Organised outings available on request.
Please note: the house is not in the town centre.

Communication with guests

In our absence, someone will be on hand to welcome you and provide all the necessary information about the house, and will act as your point of contact throughout your stay.

An information booklet is also available in the house.
Other comments
The house is at the end of a small tree-lined lane and is therefore very peaceful. It offers all the comforts of a lived-in home.
For longer stays: a mid-stay cleaning service is available (optional).
