Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in the cosy and peaceful house in Miloue, ideally situated just a ten-minute walk from the sea and the town centre, and five minutes from the railway station. A convenient location to make the most of your holiday.
This new timber-framed house, built in 2025, can comfortably accommodate up to four people, and up to six thanks to a high-quality sofa bed in a spacious 40 m² living room. This bright and welcoming living space is equipped with a television, colourful mood lighting and speakers built into the chandeliers, perfect for moments of relaxation or socialising.
The house has two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, and the other with two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together as required. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals just as you would at home. The bathroom features a comfortable 90 cm shower and a toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy a 300 m² enclosed garden with a lovely 27 m² wooden terrace. Ideal for relaxing or letting the children play in complete peace. Parking is easy, with space for several vehicles outside the property.
