The house is located in the village of La Forêt-Auvray. Parking is available in the courtyard (space for 2 cars) with a gate and an electric vehicle charging station (not included in the price). Landscaped and flower-filled backyard with lounge chairs and patio furniture. No direct view of the street. Covered patio with a barbecue and stone table. The apartment features a living room that doubles as a bedroom, with a double bed, armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. A few board games are available. A washing machine is at your disposal.
