On the ground floor, the house comprises a lovely lounge/kitchen area, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms (one with an office area), a mezzanine with table soccer, children's and adult books and numerous board games for all ages, a shower room and a separate toilet.
The house also has a garage, a terrace for outdoor meals, a barbecue and a garden (the lawn has not yet been sown, but will be ready in April/May).
A raclette machine is available.
A cot with mattress, two high chairs, a step stool and baby crockery are also available.
The house is brand new. It is bright, pleasant and comfortable.
