Built in 1949 as part of a war damage project, the house has been carefully renovated to meet the latest environmental standards, including geothermal heating.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with bay window giving access to a large terrace (lounge and outside table), a dining room, a large kitchen, a laundry room, WC, a billiard room with board games, darts, books, magazines, DVDs…
Upstairs are two bedrooms, a gym and a large bathroom with sauna and WC.
