This 75m² town house, renovated in 2019, is perfectly located for access to all sites and amenities. In a quiet neighborhood, 150m from the train station and the first shops (bakery, florist, tobacco bar, restaurant, pharmacy…). A 10-minute walk from the beach! Free street parking.
The house comprises :
Ground floor: 1 main living/dining room/equipped kitchen, 1 separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 shower room, washbasin, shower, WC, washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190), storage space.
2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with double bed (160×190), storage space, office area.
Arrival is between 3pm and 7pm, depending on my availability. Please respect the times agreed together. Departure is around 11am (to be confirmed together the day before).
Street parking is free.
I provide you with the basic necessities: 1 roll of toilet paper, paper towels, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, washing-up liquid, 1 rubbish bag. You bring the rest.
The house is to be returned in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. All beds have pillows and comforters. Transparent garbage bags are mandatory!
The Conciergerie can offer you additional options to be paid for on arrival:
* Pack Confort (rental of sheets and towels, beds made up on arrival) at 15?/double bed and 10?/single bed, for the entire stay.
* Cleaning package at end of stay: 60?
* Baby equipment: cot 10?/stay, high chair or baby bath 5?/stay. Subject to availability, to be requested prior to arrival.

Electricity 50? included, water (reasonable consumption) and wifi included.
