– A lovely, bright 40 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area and a sitting area featuring a large corner sofa, TV and wood-burning stove.
– One bedroom (1 x 160×200 bed) and an open-plan shower room.
– Entrance hall leading to separate WC and laundry room with additional fridge and washing machine.
1st floor:
– One bedroom (1 bed 160×200)

– One bedroom (2 beds 90×190 or 1 bed 180×190)
– Large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
– Separate WC.

– A 28 m2 south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room via a bay window.

– End-of-stay cleaning is optional, 100? If the option is not chosen, we will check that the house has been cleaned properly. If you do take up the cleaning option, you are nevertheless requested to return the accommodation in a correct and respectful state.
– The house is underfloor heated by a latest-generation air/water aerothermal heat pump. The floor is not hot, but it diffuses even heat throughout the house. This type of heating makes the house very comfortable even in winter.
– Pets are not allowed.
– Non-smoking house.
– Blackout curtains and/or electric blinds in all rooms.
– Compulsory accommodation deposit: ?500 (not cashed).
– Arrival time: 4pm to 8pm (late and independent arrival possible via key box).
