This beautiful property of 1,000m² offers 4 interior lounges with a fireplace in two vaulted lounges, two dining areas, a huge 55m² fully equipped kitchen, two large games rooms with video projectors and table football, 6 large bedrooms with their bathrooms offering a sleeping capacity of 20 people. In addition, there is a 35m² wellness area, a large 5,500m² garden with a veranda, a large terrace, garden furniture, a petanque court (with a small guinguette including a bar, a lounge and a barbecue) as well as a gym.
Insurance: It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover any cancellation and accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
Security deposit: 3000€. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure, subject to a damage inspection.
Arrival time 4pm – Departure time 10am.
