New single-storey house for 6 people located in a new, very quiet housing estate in the heart of Quettehou, with an enclosed garden to the rear of the house.
The house is 2.5 km from the port of Saint Vaast La Hougue.
A cycle path and public transport are close by.
Shops 500 meters away (bakeries, grocery stores, etc.).
It’s the perfect place for a day out with family or friends.
Our gîte sleeps 6, with grounds including a terrace, garage with 6 bikes of various sizes, 2 scooters, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
The house comprises an open-plan living area with a kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and raclette set.
A dining room with dining table, a sitting area with sofa, coffee table, connected TV and board games. The accommodation has Wi-Fi and Internet TV.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with 140 cm by 190 cm beds and 1 with 2 90 cm by 190 cm beds (can be twinned). Each room has its own connected TV.
The bathroom has a shower with towel dryer and storage space (as well as a hairdryer).
A cot and high chair are also available.

– End-of-stay cleaning is optional, 80? If you take the cleaning option, you must nevertheless return the property in a clean and respectful condition.
