Built in 2018, this pretty wooden frame house of 54 m² offers you all the comfort to spend a pleasant stay in the small family seaside resort of Port-bail-sur-Mer.
You will be able to take full advantage of the outside with its private garden and the large wooden terrace facing South/South-West. You also have access to a large garden planted with fruit trees. This garden is shared with the owners’ stone house (also rented in the summer, see photos).
This green and quiet setting is only a few hundred metres walk from the village of Portbail, its shops, bars and restaurants.
The house is very well equipped.
Its location on the edge of the natural park of the Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin makes it the ideal starting point to discover these landscapes.
From the west coast of the Cotentin where it is located, you will easily reach the north of the department (Ile Tatihou, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, Barfleur, Cap de la Hague…) but also the D-Day landing beaches (Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Utah Beach), Granville and the Mont Saint-Michel in the south. The seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret is only about 7 km away and during the summer period offers maritime links to the Channel Islands (Jersey in particular).
