Town house in the center of Pontorson. It has two floors. On the first floor, there's a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and a toilet. The kitchen gives access to an inner courtyard with a terrace of approx. 40m². This courtyard can be used for garden furniture and a barbecue.
On the second floor are two bedrooms (with 160*200 beds) and a bathroom with toilet. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160*200 bed and the other with two 90*200 beds). There is a small parking lot not far from the property, or you can park in the street perpendicular to the property. Within walking distance of Pontorson’s shops.
