The South Manche is a cider producing region, producing perry, cider from Calvados, and of course fruit juices, mainly apple and pear. The famous “Président” cheese is made here, and other cheeses and farm products are also available on the markets and at the “Paysans à la ferme”. The south of Manche is a breeding region. You can discover many natural tourist sites, the Fosse Arthour, rocky site and climbing. Mortain and its waterfalls, Domfront a small medieval city with a Norman character, its market on Friday, Saint-Fraimbault village in bloom, four flowers with its famous festival of August 15, big market on Wednesday in Saint-Hilaire du Harcouët, in direction of the Mont Saint-Michel.
