Set on a 1,900-square-meter lot, you’ll enjoy an exceptional setting and a magnificent view of the village of Portbail, the fine-sand beach on one side of the house and the cove on the other, which fills with water at high tide during periods of high tidal coefficients.
The house consists of two sections: in the first area, a large living room with a cathedral ceiling and a fully equipped kitchen, opening directly onto a terrace and the garden.
In the second area, there is a bathroom with a shower and two sinks, as well as a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three attic bedrooms with double beds.
The house is ideally located for a quick trip to the beach, which is just across the street.
The village, with its many shops and famous Tuesday market, is a 10-minute walk away.
The GR 223 “Sentiers des douaniers” trail passes right in front of the house.
