The fireplace in the living room is decorative and equipped with a "real-fake electric wood stove" that heats and produces a "beautiful light imitating wood fires", practical and safe, as well as a Google connected speaker. The large bedroom on the first floor has a work space. On the second floor a small living room, which can also be used as an office, is at your disposal with a 3-seater sofa, a library containing books in French and English, board games, DVDs and a screen to watch them.

The house is located in a quiet street in the heart of Trouville. The rue des Bains and its shops, the fish market (open 365 days a year) as well as the food market (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday) are one minute away, the casino 3 and the beach 5 minutes away.
