Les Lilas (Gouville Val d'Iton)
In this small village in the Iton valley, the town council has redeveloped four holiday cottages and a reception hall set in 12 hectares of enclosed wooded grounds. Gouville Val d’Iton is the perfect place for family reunions, a stopover on a walking holiday or a nature break with your loved one or your friends.
The holiday cottage “Lilas” sleeps 9 guests in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. It adjoins the holiday cottage “Seringa” but the hedge in front provides privacy. You’ll enjoy this single-storey self-catering accommodation located at the far end of the estate but accessible with your car thanks to a well-lit private drive and a separate entrance.
The entrance hall leads to the sitting-dining room that can seat up to 12 guests around a big wooden table. This room also comprises a single bed and a sofa bed for two. A kitchen (with gas hob, coffee maker, microwave and fridge) is opposite the toilet and shower room. Finally, there is a bedroom with 2 double and 2 single beds. This simple and convenient holiday cottage is ideal for a stopover on a walking holiday (1 night bookings) and for parties and reunions.
On site: skatepark, volleyball and basketball court and a children’s playground (3-10 year olds) for all four holiday cottages.
