La Maisonnette is a detached stone house with garden in the quiet countryside, a short distance from Monet's garden at Giverny. This idyllic stone house stands on a beautiful plot of land, two kilometers from the Seine, in the small village of Saint-Etienne-sous-Bailleul. Quiet and peaceful, it is set in rolling countryside with a view over the valley.

Fans of Impressionism will only have to travel twelve kilometers to Giverny, home of Claude Monet’s museum and garden. There’s also a lake nearby. Shopping facilities are available within a seven-kilometer radius. On the banks of the Seine, there’s a famous bakery and a restaurant. A hiking trail can be reached in just six minutes’ drive or a thirty-minute walk.
