In Cabourg, a fully-furnished flat in a Neo-Norman-style residential block, in a quiet location, 50 metres from the beach, a 5- to 10-minute walk from the mini-golf course and the casino; a 10- to 15-minute walk from the town centre, market and cinema; a 10 to 15-minute walk from Port-Guillaume.
The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift, facing south-east and south-west, with a small balcony offering sea views. Entrance hall, living room with table, chairs, armchairs and a television; two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed, the other with two 90 beds and a travel cot. Newly fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven-microwave combination, 4-ring hob, fridge, washing machine). Bathroom with washbasin, shower and bath. Separate toilet. Storage space. Cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, cleaning products). You’ll have a private parking space in the residence’s courtyard. A communal bicycle storage room in the basement. To avoid stairs, there’s lift access at the rear of the residence (level -1). Not accessible to wheelchair users.
2½ hours from Paris via the Paris–Caen motorway, Dives-Cabourg exit. Ideal for a family holiday: enjoy the beach, activities for all ages, and explore the Pays d’Auge (Cider Route, Stud Farm Route, etc.), the Orne estuary (Nature Centre), the beaches and the 1944 D-Day landing sites (Merville Battery, Pegasus Bridge, etc.), Caen and the castle of William the Conqueror, etc.
