If you love peace and quiet, nature and animals, Le Terrier is the place for you! Nestled on the cider route, in the heart of the Auger countryside with its meadows and apple trees, it's close to Beuvron-en-Auge, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, and 15 minutes from the beach at Cabourg.
In true British style, this cottage comprises a 120m² thatched cottage, “Le Terrier”, and an 80m² annexe, “L’écurie”.
Le Terrier boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a library. The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The stable features a living room with large screen TV, a large master bedroom with private bathroom, and a cosy 4-bed dormitory with bathroom.
Plus: a paddock and horse shelters are available for riders wishing to stay with their mounts. (15km from the beach with van/truck parking) Maximum 3 horses.
On request, children can come and feed the horses, chickens, goats and rabbits on the owners’ small farm just a stone’s throw from the gîte.
