Le Seringat (Gouville Val d'Iton)
In this small village in the Iton valley, the town council has redeveloped four holiday cottages and a reception hall set in 12 hectares of enclosed wooded grounds. Gouville Val d’Iton is the perfect place for family reunions, a stopover on a walking holiday or a nature break with your loved one or your friends.
The holiday cottage “Seringa” sleeps 4 guests. It adjoins the holiday cottage “Lilas” but the hedge in front provides privacy. You’ll enjoy this little single-storey self-catering accommodation located at the far end of the estate but accessible with your car thanks to a well-lit private drive and a separate entrance.
The dining area comprises a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge), a table and two chairs, as well as a nice corner bench. A family bedroom with a double bed, two bunk beds and a wardrobe adjoins a shower room. Separate toilet.
On site: skatepark, volleyball and basketball court and a children’s playground (3-10 year olds) for all four holiday cottages.
