This holiday cottage is divided into 2 buildings including a former watermill built along the river Iton and a small half-timbered house, which used to be a garage before being converted into a holiday cottage.
The Watermill sleeps 37 guests in 10 bedrooms and 1 dormitory : the Watermill, whose machinery is still visible in the ground floor dining room, is over 4 floors. It has a door opening on to the courtyard on one side and another one opening on to the hot tub. On the ground floor, a kitchen (2 big fridges, work top, a big professional gas range, a sink with a professional dishwasher), a dining room, a large bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The first floor is a large reception hall or meeting room with a piano (out-of-tune) and a speaker with amplifier. The second floor holds 7 bedrooms including 5 with en suite bathrooms (shower and washbasin). A separate bathroom for the others. The third floor has 2 en suite bedrooms (corner bath) and a dormitory with a shower room. The half-timbered house sleeps 10 guests in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large equipped kitchen, a spacious sitting room with fireplace, pool table, Pleyel baby grand piano, flat-screen TV, and a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including a family bedroom with a bathroom and toilet.
