The gîte is located in Poses, a village of bargemen, between the Seine and the ponds of the nautical base.
Wooden house located in a dead-end street, on the same land as the owner, part of which at the back of their house is private.
Terrace with garden table, pergola and jacuzzi.
Accommodation comprises:
Ground floor (please note that the height of the ground floor is 1.90 m)
Entrance hall, storage cupboard, bedroom with 2 x 80 x 200 beds that can be made into a 160 bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet.
Spiral staircase to first floor:
On the attic floor, open-plan kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo, kettle, toaster.
Living room with sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large attic bedroom with cupboard, 160cm bed and sofa bed for children up to 8 years.
Cot available on request.
Free Wifi in the accommodation.
Parking space in front of the gîte, electric gate.
Dogfriendly accommodation: dogs are accepted free of charge, one per family. Vaccination and identification compulsory, dog waste collection required. Cat available on site.
