Le Cottage du Coudray
The cottage du Coudray is a charming cottage with sauna in the heart of the Normandy bocage. Located in the Orne, near the village of Camembert, this warm house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timberings. Totally independent, it is in the center of a totally preserved environment: a garden of 2000 m² and pastures as far as the eye can see. And for total relaxation, it has a sauna cottage in the garden with a covered terrace with lounge.
Accommodation: The cottage can accommodate 4 people. Two bedrooms are available: a master suite with Italian shower and toilet, bed 180×200; a bedroom of 13 m² with bed 180×200 that can be converted into 2 beds 90*200.
A second spacious bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub.
Quality bed linen and toiletries, bathrobes, toiletries, slippers, etc. are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (multifunction oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer).
Outside, a terrace with direct access to the living room with table, benches and a huge parasol. Adjacent to the sauna, a covered terrace with garden furniture to relax in any season (plaids provided) especially after a sauna session and an open terrace with table and chairs to dine under the stars, illuminated by a string of colored lights.
Another outdoor lounge area is available to vary the views during your moments of relaxation and sharing.
Hammocks, sunbeds and deckchairs, to move around as you wish, are at your disposal for total relaxation.
The Norwegian sauna (dry sauna) has a vestibule to change and relax between two sessions and an outdoor shower to experience the true benefits of the sauna.
For a serene arrival, we offer welcome products: soap, shampoo and organic shower gel, but also condiments, coffee, tea, a small kit for your first breakfast and other small attentions…
The gite is a LPO (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux) refuge. We do not use any insecticide or phytosanitary products.
Access for travelers: All parts of the accommodation are accessible. You can enjoy the sauna at any time of the day or night.
Other remarks: Telecommuting is possible. Presence of a small office and a WIFI connection
