L'Audacieux
L'Audacieux is a ground-floor flat in a residential house with private parking and an enclosed garden in the centre of the village of Moyaux, where you’ll find all the local shops.
It is situated 5 minutes from Cerza Zoo, 15 minutes from Lisieux and its basilica, and 30 minutes from the beaches of Normandy.
We have built and furnished it as if we were to stay there ourselves, and we look forward to welcoming you.
The entrance leads into the living room, furnished with a sofa bed measuring 120×200 (ideal for a child), a sideboard and a TV, a desk area and fibre broadband, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine or Dolce Gusto, kettle and toaster, raclette machine…), and a table seating 4 people. One bedroom with a 140×190 bed and an adjustable children’s bed, duvets and a chest of drawers. En-suite shower room with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet. Folding bed, bath and high chair available.
Separate entrance, parking space in shared courtyard and enclosed private grounds.
Garden furniture with 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.
Pets allowed on request at an additional cost.
