In this small village in the Iton valley, the town council has redeveloped four holiday cottages and a reception hall set in 29 acres of enclosed wooded grounds. Gouville Val d’Iton is the perfect place for family reunions, a stopover on a walking holiday or a nature break with your loved one or your friends.
Adjoining the reception hall, the holiday cottage "Acacia" sleeps 12. You'll enjoy the wooden house with its big balcony looking out on the estate and its wooden terrace leading to an enclosed courtyard.
On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave) faces the spacious and bright living room (26 sq. metres) that can accommodate up to 20 guests. Further away, there is a ground floor bedroom that sleeps 6 (2 bunk beds, a double bed and a sofa bed, TV and wardrobe) with a French window opening on to the terrace. The toilets are on the landing.
Upstairs, a double bedroom (with TV, desk and chest of drawers) and a family bedroom for 4 (with a double bed, and 2 bunk beds, TV, desk and wardrobe) with shared bathroom.
The holiday cottage has a separate entrance from the reception hall and can be booked separately. Wi-Fi is only accessible in the living room.
On site: skatepark, volleyball and basketball court and a children's playground (3-10 year olds) for all four holiday cottages.
