In a charming little village, sheltered from the road and very quiet, our independent house is located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Quiberville where you will find fishermen who will sell you their catch of the day (sea bass, ray, sole, crab, lobster..).
A nice playground for children is located along the beach.
there is a grocery store, a bread store and many restaurants nearby.
A nautical base of the French school of sailing is present in high season.
The house is spacious and surrounded by a large fenced garden of 10 ares, in which a swing with swings and a slide will delight your children.
The house has three beautiful bedrooms, one downstairs and the other two upstairs.
The bathroom with toilet is located on the first floor.
On the first floor you will find a second separate toilet.
The shower room with washing machine is located downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, 5 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher,...
From the garden you will have a partial view on the sea and on the valley of the Saâne, coastal river.
A large parking lot on the property will be at your disposal.
The garden is entirely fenced.
The house is totally independent.
It has just been renovated and 2022 is the first season of renting, which explains why there is still little appreciation.
The village of Quiberville is located at 7kms from the village of Varengeville-sur-Mer with its superb valleys, its enchanting gardens (Moustier, Vasterival, ...), village where many painters and artists found inspiration.
Veules-les-Roses with its smallest river in France and its bucolic charm is 9 km away.
Saint-Valéry-en-Caux is 22 km away and Dieppe 19 km.
Don't miss the Saturday market in Dieppe which is one of the most popular in France.
