The gîte is situated on a large estate comprising several buildings currently being renovated and a gîte for 2 people (ref 3460). The self-contained holiday cottage is on one level. It comprises a separate kitchen, a living area with a dining area, a lounge area (2 armchairs) and a sleeping area for 2 people (160cm bed, high-quality bedding), a shower room and a toilet. A private, unfenced garden of 500m² set within a 6.5-hectare estate. Garden furniture, sun loungers, electric plancha. Wood-fired Nordic spa (exclusive to the gîte; €50 for 2 days and €10 per additional night, payable on site to the owner), available all year round. Parking on the property. Electric vehicle charging point (€10 per full charge). The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Shared heated swimming pool available from 1 April to 30 September (4m x 10m, depth 1.50m) at an additional cost of €50 for a 2-day weekend and €10 for each additional day.
